About the role
This role is for a technical leader who thinks commercially. You'll own the technology roadmap, lead our delivery teams, and be the senior technical voice with our key clients and technology principals.
Key responsibilities
Shape the technology and solution roadmap across infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT managed services and Red Hat platforms
Lead DevOps and automation delivery: Ansible, OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitOps and DevSecOps
Drive practice performance through revenue, margin, pricing input, and business cases
Serve as executive technical sponsor for key accounts and own SLAs and escalations
Manage relationships with technology principals, Red Hat first, including partner standing and joint business plans
Coach and grow a certified, high-performing technical team
About you
8–10 years of progressive IT experience, preferably with a systems integrator or managed services provider
3–5 years leading technical teams, with exposure to budgets and margin targets
Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift and Ansible
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA). The OpenShift administrator certification (EX280) is required, or must be earned within an agreed period. RHCE or RHCA is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CCNA, MCSE, cloud certifications) are an advantage
Proven Team Leadership skills, with the ability to coach, delegate, and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical groups
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse stakeholders
Strong business acumen and confident client and principal management
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Quezon City and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
