As a Specialist Cleaning Team Member, you'll be the reason our clients see the difference — literally. Your work will help prevent damage, improve hygiene, and keep properties looking their best. Whether it's high dusting in a warehouse, vacuuming gutters before the rainy season, or restoring carpets to their former glory, you'll be trusted to deliver excellence every time.

Key responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning, carpet cleaning, gutter vacuuming, high dusting, and other specialist cleaning tasks

• Operate professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow job checklists to ensure all tasks meet high standards

• Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environments

• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth, professional service

About you

• A strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality results

• Reliability — showing up on time and ready to work

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

• Physical fitness and comfort working at heights or outdoors

• Experience with specialist cleaning equipment (preferred but training provided)

• A current driver's license

• EWP license (preferred but not essential)

• Working at hights
