IT Technical Support (6-Month Project Employment)
Job Description:
Provides IT support and assistance to end-users to ensure efficient and productive use of computing resources.
Operates, administers, and maintains end-user systems, devices, and IT resources.
Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and technical issues.
Ensures end-users have reliable access to the tools and resources needed for their daily work.
Supports the overall efficient, effective, and secure use of IT resources.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively with users from different levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
