About the Role

As an Internal Sales & Warehouse Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of operations — processing orders, assembling components, and dispatching critical parts that support transport and stationary refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

Your focus is simple: get it right, every time — from order processing and part verification through to quality checks and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, assemble, and dispatch orders in line with schedules and customer requirements

• Accurately process orders using internal ERP systems and maintain clear documentation

• Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing prompt, professional support

• Verify parts, identify discrepancies, and ensure correct labelling and traceability

• Operate tools and equipment safely (forklift, crimpers, cutters, etc.)

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Work closely with the team to solve issues and improve workflow

• Follow all quality procedures, safety standards, and PPE requirements

Experience & Skills (Desirable)

• Background in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or parts interpreting

• Proficient with Office 365 suite – Outlook, Word and Excel

• Experience with order processing, stock control, and assembly work

• Familiarity with tools and systems (forklifts, pallet jacks, inventory software)

• Understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement

• Strong communication skills — clear, professional and confident
