Licensed Electricians, Solar & Battery - Multiple Full-Time Positions Available

$45 to $55 per hour + super + overtime (depending on experience)
Work vehicle supplied | Monthly RDO | Solar and battery accreditation paid for after your first 6 months

We have multiple full-time positions available. You’ll work out of our Heatherbrae workshop on jobs across Port Stephens, Newcastle and Maitland. It’s local work, with no endless travel. Most days are standard hours. Some overtime is needed to get the job done, and it’s paid at 1.5x and 2x.

The Role
Most of the role is installing new solar and battery systems. Every job is a private install for our own customers. We use quality equipment and quote enough time to do the work properly. There’s no subcontract work where you’re rushed into cutting corners just to get the job done.

If you have experience in any of the following, we want to hear from you:

• Switchboard upgrades

• Fault finding

• Solar PV and inverter installations

• Battery and backup systems

• EV charger installs

• Supervising and teaching apprentices

No solar experience? That’s fine if your electrical skills are strong. We’ll train you.

You Must Have

• Unrestricted NSW Electrical Licence

• Solid residential electrical experience

• Current driver’s licence

• White Card

• A good attitude. We’ve built a great crew and we’re protective of it.

This won’t suit you if

• You’d rather work alone than have an apprentice asking questions all day

• You think compliance photos and paperwork are someone else’s job

• You do it your way rather than the team’s way

• You’d leave a customer without power because it hit knock-off time

• You leave the site for someone else to clean up
