Synergie Australia, a leading manufacturer and service provider in the mining and heavy industrial sector, is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourer with Forklift license to join our Braemar NSW warehouse team. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to accuracy and knowledge in the electrical field. 

About the Role

Ongoing Permanent role for the right candidate, labouring role, moving products around manually and with forklift, keeping work area clean and tidy, Shot Blasting,

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload and move materials and equipment.
• Assist with general labouring duties around the workshop and warehouse.
• Receive, check and store incoming goods and prepare outgoing items.
• Move, organise and maintain stock, tools and materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and freight.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support tradespeople and team members with day-to-day operational tasks.

Skills & Experience

• Current and valid Australian forklift licence (LF).
• Previous experience in a labouring, warehouse or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Physically fit and willing to get involved in a variety of tasks.
