About the role
A casual deli assistant position in a fast-paced deli at Adelaide Central Market where being able to work efficiently, accurately and as part of a team is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Use a commercial meat slicer
- Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Provide good customer service
- Add and calculate prices using pen and paper
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced deli environment
About you
- Experience using a commercial meat slicer
- Experience in a deli, food retail or similar environment is highly desirable
- Good customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Availability to work Fridays until approximately 9pm and Saturdays until approximately 4pm
