Client is looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing international marketing team in Manila. You'll support our client and Plush brands across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, helping bring campaigns, products and marketing materials to life across digital channels and showrooms.

Client has been a recognised household name for more than 60 years. Together with our sister brand Plush, we operate two leading furniture brands across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with more than 110 showrooms and continued international growth. 

Our marketing team works across multiple channels, campaigns and product launches, combining creativity, organisation and attention to detail to deliver engaging customer experiences. 

The opportunity

This is a hands-on creative and marketing coordination role where no two days are quite the same.

You'll help manage the flow of creative work across our brands — from the initial brief, through design and production, all the way to getting the final materials into stores and live across our digital channels.

You'll work closely with our Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams, as well as printers and other external suppliers.

Most importantly, you'll take ownership.

We don't want someone who simply waits for the next brief.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

Creative & Content 

• Create and adapt campaign artwork across digital, social media, website, print and in-store channels. 

• Work within existing brand guidelines and templates while maintaining high design standards. 

• Develop POS materials, posters, product feature cards, promotional materials and digital assets. 

• Produce short-form social videos and other creative content. 

• Assist with copywriting, messaging and product storytelling. 

• Adapt creative assets across different brands, markets, formats and requirements. 

Campaign Coordination 

• Coordinate monthly campaigns across Nick Scali and Plush in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. 

• Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Coordinate projects from brief and production through to approval and delivery. 

• Maintain campaign calendars, production schedules and project trackers. 

• Proactively identify upcoming requirements and follow up on outstanding actions. 

• Keep internal stakeholders informed of progress, deadlines and deliverables. 

Store & Supplier Coordination 

• Support approximately 140 showrooms across Australia, New Zealand and the UK with marketing collateral. 

• Coordinate with printers and production suppliers to ensure materials are produced and delivered on time. 

• Prepare and distribute artwork, print specifications and production requirements. 

• Track the production and delivery of marketing materials to stores. 

• Upload campaign materials to relevant internal and supplier platforms. 

• Respond to store requests and help resolve marketing material issues. 

Product Launches 

• Monitor upcoming product launches and identify creative and POS requirements. 

• Coordinate the production of collateral for new products. 

• Work with Product, Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure launch materials are ready on time. 

• Help ensure campaigns and product launches are supported across stores and digital channels. 
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 2 years' experience in marketing, graphic design, creative production, digital marketing or a similar role. 

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools. 

• Experience creating digital and print marketing materials. 

• A good understanding of design principles, typography, layout and brand consistency. 

• Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously. 

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 

• Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills. 

• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently. 

• A portfolio demonstrating your creative ability. 

Even better if you have 

• Experience in retail, e-commerce or an agency environment. 

• Experience coordinating print production. 

• Experience creating social media content and short-form video. 

• Experience working across multiple brands or markets. 

• Familiarity with project management tools, SharePoint or similar platforms. 

• An understanding of marketing campaigns and customer journeys. 

• Experience working with international teams.
