Delivery Driver / Installer
About the role
In this role, you would deliver and install Aidacare Equipment directly to our customers at their homes. You will help us guarantee that customer products arrive at the arranged time and in good condition.
Role Title: Delivery Driver/Installer
Location: Geelong, Victoria, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Warehouse Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a driver or in a warehouse preferred but not essential
- Must have a current drivers license
- Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset, ensuring respectful and empathetic interactions when delivering into client homes
- Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks due to interaction with our clients (e.g.: Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load/unload delivery vehicles manually and forklift-assisted
- Assemble and assist with equipment
- Maintain and clean products at times
- Assist with stock control
- Inspect, secure, and safely transport products to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all items meet Aidacare’s strict quality and safety standards prior to customer handover
- Provide a supportive and seamless on-site delivery and installation experience, guiding customers on basic equipment use and answering questions with care
