Rollforming Machine Operator/Purlin and Bridging Production
About the role
We are seeking a Roll Forming Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting and operating automated steel roll-forming machinery to produce high-quality structural steel products, specifically focusing on C & Z purlins and bridging.
Key responsibilities
Set up, adjust and operate automated steel roll-forming machinery
Produce high-quality structural steel products, specifically C & Z purlins and bridging
Work with advanced production machinery and manage steel coils
Check profiles and ensure tight quality controls are met
Programming
Machine operation and setup
Material handling
Safety and maintenance
About you
Reliable and safety-conscious
Detail-oriented
Require valid fork lift and car licence
Physical fitness
