Security Monitoring Control Room Operator

Instant Security Alarms Pty Ltd is located in Brisbane Western Suburbs. We install, service and monitor security systems for commercial and private properties, and we are the largest privately owned Grade A1 Control Room in Queensland.

We are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our dynamic team, working in our 24-hour Alarm Monitoring Centre.

Security monitoring or control room experience is preferred for this role.

The Position: Control Room Operator

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring & Actioning Alarm System Signals (Residential & Commercial)

• Monitoring & Actioning Hold Up / Medical / Personal Safety Alarms

• Providing General Troubleshooting & Technical Assistance

• Dispatching Patrols

The Successful Applicant will require:

• Excellent phone manner & customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Computer literacy and ability

• Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised

• Strong problem solving skills

• Security Licence is required (Class 1 Monitoring licence)

This is a full-time shift position, working a roster. Immediate start is available.
