About the Opportunity

Our business partner is a proudly Australian-owned company specialising in supply chain management and logistics solutions for the food industry. Located in Chullora, they are looking for experienced, reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join their busy warehouse team across Ambient, Chiller and Freezer environments.

Important: This role requires you to work across all three environments, including chiller and freezer rooms. Previous cold storage experience is essential, and applicants must be comfortable working in cold conditions.

Shift Details & Pay Rates

Roster: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 06:00 AM to 04:06 PM

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM: $34.98 per hour
• 2:06 PM – 4:06 PM: $43.72 per hour

Saturday

• 6:00 AM – 4:06 PM: $49.55 per hour

Key Responsibilities
 

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners. Voice-picking experience is highly regarded.
• Operate electric pallet jacks (EPJs) safely and efficiently.
• Work across Ambient, Chiller and Freezer warehouse areas.
• Build and stack pallets safely, ensuring correct weight distribution.
• Follow all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in training and work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Essential: Previous cold storage experience in both chiller and freezer environments.
• Proven experience operating electric pallet jacks.
• Mandatory: RF scanning and/or voice-picking experience.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Flexibility to work adjusted hours when operational volumes increase.
• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence, as public transport options are limited.
• Good communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong team ethic.
• Two recent, work-related references.
• Availability to complete and pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
