Permanent Full-Time Machine Operator / Truck Driver (MR)

About the role

You'll be the go-to person for earthworks and site preparation across residential projects. Your day-to-day will include operating excavators, posi tracks and mini loaders, driving tipper and flat bed trucks, and delivering and collecting machines and materials to and from sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operating excavators, posi tracks and mini loaders up to 6t

• Digging footings and piers, trenching, demolition, backfill and compaction

• Driving tipper and flat bed trucks

• Delivering and collecting machines and materials to and from sites

• Using laser guidance for levels and set-out

• Daily servicing of plant, including greasing and fluid checks

About you

• Proven experience operating excavators and loaders on construction sites

• Some experience with laser levels and guidance

• Basic understanding of daily machine servicing

• Current White Card

• Manual MR driver's licence (required)

• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused, with a good attitude on site

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Looking for a long-term role with a stable employer

• RII qualifications or course experience (bonus)
