Maintenance Plumber – 3rd/4th Year or Qualified

About the role

AA Plumbing Maintenance is seeking an experienced 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Plumber or Qualified Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team. We specialise in maintenance plumbing, blocked drains, sewer and stormwater drainage, underground pipe repairs, excavations and emergency plumbing services throughout Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance plumbing work

• Laying sewer and stormwater drainage pipes

• Operating excavators

• Excavating, repairing and replacing underground drainage

• Repairing damaged, collapsed and tree root-affected drains

• High-pressure water jetting

• CCTV drain camera inspections

• Drain locating and fault diagnosis

• Concrete cutting and reinstatement

• General maintenance plumbing and emergency blockages

About you

• 3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice or Qualified Plumber

• Hands-on maintenance plumbing experience

• Experience laying sewer and stormwater drainage pipes

• Confident and competent operating excavators

• Knowledge of correct drainage grades, pipe bedding and backfilling

• Current driver's licence

• Construction White Card

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently where appropriately qualified and supervised
