Delivery Driver and Warehousing – Furniture, Bedding & Lounges – Coffs Harbour

MacLeod’s Furniture, Beds R Us and La-Z-boy are a family owned group of businesses with stores in Coffs Harbour and Grafton.

We carry a wide range of bedroom and dining room furniture, mattresses from Sleepmaker and Sleepyhead, and lounges from quality brands like La-Z-boy, IMG and Zoletti. 

Our Coffs Harbour stores are seeking an enthusiastic person to join the team as a delivery driver and warehouse role in a casual / part time position working Monday to Friday.

We need an applicant who is a team player, is able to work closely with the store managers and has an ability to adapt to different situations. He/she will be self-motivated, reliable, and will demonstrate great organisational and time management skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current Medium Rigid drivers licence

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items of furniture and lounges in safe manner

• Some previous experience in a similar role is desired

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Driving truck for local deliveries

• Assembly and disassembly of furniture on the shop floor and in customers homes, as required

• Receive, check, load and unload stock

• General warehouse duties
