Kitchen All-Rounder / Food Prep – Joocy Smash (Glebe)

About the role

Your main responsibility will be food preparation, with occasional grill cooking and customer service when required. The role is Monday to Thursday, from 11:30am to 6:00pm, with 6 paid hours and a 30-minute unpaid break.

Key responsibilities

• Daily food preparation and ingredient portioning

• Preparing sauces, vegetables and other ingredients

• Restocking and organising kitchen supplies

• Assisting with burger cooking during busy periods

• Packing takeaway and delivery orders

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

• Assisting at the front counter when needed

About you

• Previous kitchen, food prep or hospitality experience preferred, with grill skills.

• Fast, efficient and well organised

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• Strong attention to cleanliness and consistency

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Available Monday to Thursday, 11:30am to 6:00pm
