What you'll do:

• Prepare and cook dishes to menu standards

• Support smooth kitchen operations in fast-paced environments

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and ordering

• Deliver consistency in taste, presentation and portion control

What you'll have:

• Experience across a variety of kitchen sections (breakfast, butchery, seafood, poultry, pastry, salads, canapés, sauces, stocks, etc.)

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• A Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended, though not essential

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and confidence working across different venues
