The Boat House, Beltana Farm and recently re-opening of Pialligo Estate are offering a unique opportunity for aspiring chefs to join our apprentice program. This exciting position allows you to gain hands-on experience across three of Canberra’s most prestigious venues, each known for their commitment to food excellence and exceptional dining experiences.

About the Venues
The Boat House, Beltana Farm and Pialligo Estate together form a premium destination for dining and events, giving chefs a rare chance to develop their craft within one of Canberra's leading culinary groups.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through The Boat House, Beltana Farm and Pialligo Estate, picking up new skills (and a few tricks) from chefs who love to teach.

• Get hands-on with prep, cooking and plating, and learn the fine dining techniques that make guests stop and take a photo before they take a bite.

• Help keep every plate looking and tasting its best, whether it's lakeside at The Boat House, on the farm at Beltana or out at The Estate in Pialligo.

• Be part of a crew that keeps the kitchen clean, safe and running like clockwork, because great food starts with a great workspace.

Requirements

• A passion for cooking and a strong desire to build a career in fine dining.

• Some previous kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred but not essential.

• A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of all venues through teamwork and dedication.
