Current Opportunities

Food & Beverage Attendants

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across a variety of areas including:

• Bar service

• Bistro service

• Gaming floor

• Functions and events

• Delivering exceptional customer service

We're looking for people who:

• Have a friendly, positive attitude

• Enjoy working with people

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Are reliable, well presented and motivated

• Can work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card

• Current NSW RCG Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Availability across a variety of shifts

Chef

Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll play an important role in delivering quality meals to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials

• Managing stock rotation and minimising waste

• Supporting kitchen operations and functions

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Chef

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• A passion for quality food and teamwork

• Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
