VOICE PICKERS WANTED - METCASH CANNING VALE

Labourforce is seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join our team at Metcash in Canning Vale.

What’s on Offer

• $33.85 per hour casual rate, including loading

• Early morning allowance for starts before 6am

• 4–5 day rosters, depending on shed and shift availability

• Shift starts including 6am, 8:30am and 1pm

• Ongoing work with potential to transition to Metcash after ~12 weeks

• Opportunities to upskill and move into part-time/full-time roles

About the Role

You’ll pick customer orders using a voice-directed system within one of Metcash’s warehouse areas: Dry, ALM, CSD or Cold. Team members are generally assigned to one area but may assist elsewhere when required.

Duties include:

• Voice picking customer orders

• Operating an EPJ/MHE

• Repetitive manual handling up to 30kg

• Meeting pick rate KPIs and accuracy requirements

• Maintaining a safe, clean workplace

What We’re Looking For

• Recent warehouse/pick packing experience

• Voice picking and EPJ experience preferred

• Ability to meet picking KPIs

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to lift up to 30kg repeatedly

• Team player with flexibility to assist other areas

Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants must pass a medical and drug & alcohol test, with random testing conducted onsite.
