📍 Multiple Locations Across Sydney's Inner West
Bayton is currently seeking reliable, hardworking and motivated Cleaners to join our growing team across a range of aged care, commercial and facility services sites throughout Sydney's Inner West.
We have opportunities available across a variety of environments and are looking for people who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining clean, safe and welcoming spaces.
Positions Available:
Full-Time - Monday to Friday 7:00AM - 3:06PM
Casual - Weekend and fill-in shifts
Key Responsibilities:
General cleaning of offices, common areas, amenities and shared spaces
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas and workspaces
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting
Rubbish removal and restocking of consumables
Maintaining cleanliness in communal and high-traffic areas
Following workplace safety, hygiene and site-specific procedures
Reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Assisting with additional cleaning duties as required
About You:
Previous commercial, aged care or industrial cleaning experience is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to follow safety procedures and site requirements
National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination may be required for some sites
