About the Role

Your role will be split between warehouse operations and customer deliveries throughout the Brisbane metropolitan area.

No two days are exactly the same. One moment you'll be picking and packing customer orders, the next you'll be delivering products and representing our business with professionalism and outstanding customer service.

You'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives the right product, at the right time, with the high level of service we're known for.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely

• Deliver customer orders throughout Brisbane safely and on time

• Provide professional, friendly customer service during deliveries

• Receive and check incoming stock

• Maintain accurate stock control and warehouse organisation

• Assist with stocktakes

• Coordinate courier collections and freight dispatch

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe

• Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean and presentable condition

• Follow all WHS procedures and safe manual handling practices

• Work closely with your teammates to achieve daily priorities

Ideally You'll Have

• Previous warehouse experience

• Delivery driving experience

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Forklift Licence

• Good computer skills

• Strong understanding of safe work practices
