Experienced Rebar Operators to assist with rising production levels based in Smithfield. Working within a team environment and ensuring safety is met with every task completed on site.

Your role

Working within the production team, your duties will include:

• Operating rebar processing machinery

• Using a gantry crane to move reinforcing steel safely

• Handling, sorting and preparing steel for production and dispatch

• Checking finished products for accuracy and quality

• Following production instructions and workplace safety procedures

• Keeping your work area clean and organised

To be considered

• Experience in the reinforcing steel industry

• Previous rebar machine operating experience

• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail

• The ability to carry out physical work and manual handling

• Reliable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team
