The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain mobility equipment—playing a direct part in helping our clients regain their independence. Working hours: Monday 8:30am-5pm/Tue to Fri 9am-5pm – 38hrs/week

What will you do each day?

• Building, servicing and repairing mobility products

• Delivering, Installing and setting up products in customers’ homes

• Technical and mechanical product repairing (training provided!)

• Assisting our customers face-to-face, over the phone or via email, with their product servicing needs

• General warehouse duties such as stock take, receiving and checking deliveries

• Organizing stock using our forklift

• Occasional overnight travel might be required

• Country trips for services and deliveries might be required

• Other duties as required

What we’re looking for

• Technical qualification required with general mechanical aptitude and/or electronics knowledge (technical training will be provided on the job)

• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive “can-do” attitude

• A self-motivated problem-solver!

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Willing to undergo NDIS Screen Check, WWCC and Police Clearance on company cost.

• Willingness to receive annual flu vaccination and other vaccinations as required by the NDIS

• A background working with the elderly, warehousing or delivery drivers would be advantageous but not essential
