HC Truck Driver – AM + PM Shift | Up to $55.40/hr | Burleigh, QLD

Labourforce is currently seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers based in Burleigh, QLD.

These roles offer consistent local work, strong weekly earnings, and the opportunity for ongoing shifts with a structured roster. Drivers will be responsible for delivering bread and bakery products to local customers, with straightforward runs and a supportive transport team environment.

Shift Details

AM Shift:

• 9:00am start
• Typically 10-hour shifts
• Initially 2–3 shifts per week
• Additional shifts will become available as the operation moves into its busier period

PM Shift:

• 4:00pm start
• Typically 10-hour shifts
• Consistent roster

Location:

• Burleigh, QLD

Roster Requirements:

• Must be available Monday – Sunday
• Maximum of 5 shifts per week
• Initial availability of 2–3 shifts per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts as the operation approaches its busy period

Pay Rates

Weekday Hours (Under 55 hours/week):

• $45.04 per hour

Weekday Hours (Over 55 hours/week):

• $55.40 per hour

Saturday & Sunday:

• $55.40 per hour

Afternoon Shift Allowance:

• $54.36 per week (paid once per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating HC vehicles for local deliveries
• Delivering bread and bakery products to local customers
• Manual unloading at each stop using dollies
• Safely loading, transporting, and unloading bread products
• Completing local deliveries, typically with one drop before returning to the depot for reload
• Transporting freight safely and efficiently
• Following site safety and transport procedures
• Maintaining delivery schedules and professionalism on-site

What We're Looking For

• Current HC Truck Licence
• Previous experience in local delivery or transport roles
• Comfortable performing manual unloading duties using dollies
• Good understanding of transport safety and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to work AM or PM shifts
• Flexible availability across Monday – Sunday
