Mobile Crane Operator

About the Role

Orion Dockyard Inc. is looking for a skilled Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Orion, Bataan. The role involves operating mobile cranes to safely lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment in support of daily shipyard and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, experienced, and committed to maintaining safe lifting practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate mobile cranes to lift, transport, and position heavy loads safely and efficiently

• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks

• Interpret load charts and ensure lifts are within the crane's rated capacity

• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors during lifting operations

• Follow lifting plans, safety procedures, and company policies

• Report equipment defects and ensure proper maintenance of the assigned crane

• Maintain accurate equipment inspection and operation records

What We're Looking For

• High School Graduate or Vocational / TESDA graduate

• Valid Mobile Crane Operator Certification

• With experience operating mobile cranes in industrial or construction environments

• Knowledgeable in crane operation, load charts, and lifting procedures

• Familiar with workplace safety standards and lifting regulations

• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Willing to work in Orion, Bataan
