As our business continues to grow, we are creating a brand-new position within our warehouse team and are looking for an energetic, reliable and organised Picker & Packer to help drive our operations forward.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

You will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer service and warehouse organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Receiving incoming stock and checking deliveries

• Preparing freight consignments and dispatch documentation

• Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock locations

• Stock replenishment and inventory support

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Assisting with warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety

• Working closely with our Parts and Service teams

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual

• Good communication skills

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks

Desirable

• Previous warehouse or stores experience

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience using inventory or ERP systems

• Experience with freight carriers and dispatch procedures
