Collection Associate (Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply)

About the Role

Location: Ermita, Manila (near SM City Manila)

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Operations - Finance

Reporting to: Team Leader - Collection

Work schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As a Collection Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of incoming payments, timely conversion of customer's delivery receipts, and reconciliation of customer accounts in order to improve the company's cash flow, while maintaining proper documentation and adherence to financial policies and procedures. 

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensures accuracy, completeness and timely conversion and transmittal of collection documents to streamline the collection process according to company policies and standards.

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records required to facilitate/streamline the collection process according to company policies and standards.

• Coordinates with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Supply Chain Management to address and resolve billing-related concerns.
   

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management,  Business Administration, or any business course

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Communication skills to clearly and confidently discuss payment concerns, resolve disputes, and provide account updates to Sales/internal teams, and stakeholders.

• Attention to details to produce and maintain accurate collection records.

• Adaptability to learn and handle a variety of tasks involved in the collection process.
