Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily property performance including revenue, occupancy, bookings, pricing, and market demand.

• Develop and adjust pricing strategies based on historical performance, demand patterns, booking trends, and business conditions.

• Analyze booking pickup, lead time, occupancy, search demand, and other performance indicators.

• Identify underperforming and high-potential properties and recommend appropriate actions.

• Support revenue forecasting and target monitoring.

• Conduct performance analysis across properties, buildings, cities, and market segments.

• Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue initiatives.

• Work closely with Revenue Consultants and operational teams to implement recommended strategies.

• Create regular performance reports and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.

• Use dashboards, SQL, spreadsheets, and analytical tools to support daily decision-making.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree/D3 in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field,

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with SQL and BI tools is preferred.

• Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working with large amounts of operational and business data.

• Experience in hospitality, property, pricing, revenue management, or analytics is a plus.

• Willing to full work from office at Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.
