About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Personnel to join the team at TWD Logistics Incorporated. This is a full-time position based at our facility in Project 4, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Warehouse Personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients and support the logistics operations that keep our business moving forward.

What you'll be doing

1. Organising and storing products in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring optimal use of space

2. Picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment according to customer requirements and company standards

3. Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems

4. Performing regular quality checks on stored items to identify and report any damaged or defective goods

5. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

6. Following proper stacking and storage procedures to prevent damage and ensure worker safety

What we're looking for

1. Ability to perform manual labour, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods

2. Experience in a warehouse is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED

3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management

4. Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently to meet warehouse targets

5. Reliability and consistent attendance, as warehouse operations depend on team presence

6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and peak operational periods
