About the Role

We are looking for a creative and business-minded Growth & Content Specialist to manage content production, social-media publishing, audience engagement, and lead generation for BuildX Philippines, BuildX Digital, and selected building-material categories. Success is measured by qualified inquiries, supplier applications, buyer leads, RFQs, and Digital consultation requests—not only followers or views.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage the monthly content calendar

- Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, and other channels

- Write English captions and promotional copy

- Produce basic graphics, short-form videos, interviews, product features, and customer cases

- Visit suppliers, stores, warehouses, offices, and project sites to collect content

- Publish content according to company brand standards

- Monitor comments, inquiries, and customer messages

- Route business leads to the correct employee or department

- Maintain campaign and lead-source records

- Support Facebook Group and online-community operations

- Coordinate with category owners, suppliers, sales, and Digital teams

- Review content performance and identify topics that create real business opportunities

- Maintain company account security and content archives

Qualifications

- Experience in social-media management, digital marketing, content creation, video editing, or graphic design is preferred

- Proficient in Canva and CapCut or similar tools

- Able to shoot and edit short-form videos

- Good English writing skills

- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, and Meta Business Suite

- Comfortable communicating with business owners, suppliers, employees, and customers

- Organized and able to follow a content calendar

- Basic Facebook advertising knowledge is an advantage

- Construction, hardware, property, retail, or B2B marketing experience is an advantage

- Portfolio or sample work is required

Employment Details

- 1 position

- Full-time, on-site

- Work location: Global Construct City, Panipuan, Mexico, Pampanga

- Monthly salary: PHP 15,000-20,000

The final offer will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, interview performance, and responsibilities. KPI-based or performance-based incentives may apply to eligible positions based on company policy.
