About the Role

A fast-growing, technology-enabled organization is looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to drive operational performance, process excellence, and scalable business operations. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven professional passionate about continuous improvement, operational transformation, and business growth.

This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, optimizing business processes, and partnering with senior leaders to support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence initiatives that enhance productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.

• Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Monitor operational performance through key metrics and analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Establish, review, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges and improve outcomes.

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows, resource utilization, and service delivery.

• Support capacity planning, operational readiness, and business growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

• Manage strategic projects focused on operational transformation, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and key customers.

• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, standards, and governance requirements.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, operational excellence, business transformation, or process improvement, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Experience in a Courier & Postal role with relevant experience in Logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce Logistics preferred.

• Good commercial acumen, business partnering, analytical thinking and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale operational initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret operational data and performance metrics.

• Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
