Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will provide excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive outstanding service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

• Present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.

• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.

• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.

• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

• Team player with a professional appearance and demeanor.
