Operations Officer - Cagayan De Oro City

GENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing various tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow across departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 1 year in operations, logistics, or procurement roles

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees the execution of daily logistics activities including dispatching, receiving, and order processing

• Ensures timely and accurate movement of goods in accordance with delivery schedules.

• Identifies and addresses minor operational issues to prevent delays or disruptions.

• Verifies compliance with standard procedures during loading and unloading operations.

• Escalates complex operational concerns to the Operations Supervisor for resolution

• Coordinates task assignments and resource allocation based on daily workload and priorities

• Reviews and validates logistics documents such as delivery receipts, shipment records, and inventory logs

• Assists in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review
