Role Overview
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless movement of goods across air, sea, and land. We are seeking a dependable, self-driven professional who has moved past the entry-level learning phase and thrives in an autonomous environment.
In this role, you will act as a "safe pair of hands"—taking full ownership of end-to-end shipping documentation, proactive track-and-trace, and high-stakes communication with global carriers, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Shipment Monitoring: Track and report the real-time status of air, sea, and land freight. Proactively detect, flag, and mitigate delays before they impact the client.
Documentation & Compliance: Source, verify, and manage all essential shipping documents (Bills of Lading, AWBs, Customs declarations, commercial invoices) ensuring strict compliance with client SLAs and industry regulations.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for carriers, vendors, internal teams, and clients, facilitating clear and timely updates via email and phone.
Operational Support & Problem Solving: Handle back-office logistics tasks, process track-and-trace updates, and resolve routine transportation disruptions with minimal supervision.
Risk Escalation: Swiftly identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain, develop contingency options, and escalate high-risk issues when necessary.
Quality & Standards: Maintain high data accuracy, adhere to company health and safety regulations, and consistently hit or exceed account-specific KPIs.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
Logistics & Freight Expertise: Solid operational knowledge of international supply chain modes (Air, Sea, Road) and their respective documentation requirements.
Bilingual Communication: Strong English proficiency (B2–C1 level minimum) with excellent verbal and written communication skills for international stakeholder management.
Decisive Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze transport disruptions independently, adapt to fluid situations (e.g., port congestion, customs holds), and make sound decisions under pressure.
High Attention to Detail: Proven track record of precision in data entry, document control, and record-keeping.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A resilient, professional attitude when navigating delays or high-stress operational challenges.
