MIS ASSISTANT
System & User Support Provide First-Line (Tier 1 & Tier 2) technical support to internal staff regarding hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Assist in generating, formatting, and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates on operating systems, software licenses, and security software (antivirus, firewall).
Monitor local network connectivity (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) and coordinate with senior network administrators or external vendors for major repairs/upgrades.
Keep an updated inventory of all IT assets, equipment, and software licenses.
