Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Aircon Technicians to join our team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of air‑conditioning systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Install air conditioning units, electrical works, refrigerant piping, and perform leak testing.

• Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance, inspect and clean components, check refrigerant levels, and lubricate moving parts.

• Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure proper testing and commissioning.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, use PPE properly, and adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications

• TESDA NCII or equivalent certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)

• At least 6 months years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air‑conditioning systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Willing to work on‑site and flexible with schedules

• Team player with good communication skills
