Tyco Inc. is a trusted Mindanao-based food manufacturer committed to producing high-quality frozen food products under the Lapinoy brand. Through JT Food Depot, we also serve retail and wholesale customers with quality food products and excellent customer service.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team, expand our customer base, and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Develop strategies to acquire new dealers, resellers, distributors, and key accounts.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Ensure proper customer coverage through field visits and account management.
Review sales reports, customer activity, and team performance regularly.
Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Warehouse, and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor pricing, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure accurate customer records and proper documentation.
Conduct regular sales meetings and product training.
Recruit, train, and develop new sales personnel when needed.
Ensure company sales policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food distribution, or wholesale trading is an advantage.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Willing to travel for fieldwork within assigned areas.
Valid driver's license is an advantage.
