Job Title: Customer Care Associate (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: Mandaluyong City, Manila
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused Customer Care Associates (Voice & Non-Voice) to provide exceptional support to global customers through phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience using CRM/ticketing systems, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (phone, email, and chat).

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions accurately using CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

  • Escalate complex issues following established procedures.

  • Meet service quality, productivity, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain product knowledge and deliver accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

CL12 (L1)

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or BPO experience.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience using CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).

CL11 (L2/Senior)

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or BPO experience.

  • Proven experience handling customer escalations.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer management skills.

  • Experience using CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Beauty, Luxury Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce is an advantage.

  • Multilingual candidates proficient in Korean or Thai are highly encouraged to apply.
