Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Can accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
Effective programming skills in relevant languages and technologies.
Proficiency in software development methodologies.
Familiarity with software development tools.
Background in java/c# .net technologies is an advantage.
Knowledge in Database systems and design
