Job Description

The Product Associate is responsible for supporting the development and management of microfinance products and services, including product enhancement, testing, implementation, and launch. The role conducts market research and competitive analysis, contributes to product strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, product development, enhancements, testing, implementation, and product launches. 

• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives and projects.

•  Participate in brainstorming sessions and product strategy discussions to identify opportunities for new products, features, and process improvements. 

• Assist in the development and monitoring of P&L reports of the campaign of new products. 

• Conduct market research and competitive scans to identify industry trends, customer needs, emerging opportunities, and potential threats. 

• Analyze product and business data, extract insights from various sources, and prepare reports and presentations to support management decision-making. 

• Support product launch activities by coordinating deliverables, timelines, requirements, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related fields.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

• Intermediate business writing skills.

• Ability to prepare professional reports and documentation.
