Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, or Sunday, shifting schedule or as may be required by the job

We are looking for a Production Manager responsible for overseeing daily production operations and managing production personnel. The role involves planning production activities, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining product quality, and leading the team to achieve efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and manage daily production operations

• Handle and lead production personnel

• Monitor daily production output and productivity

• Ensure production targets are achieved

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor machine performance and production processes

• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed

• Prepare daily production reports

• Resolve production issues and implement improvements

• Maintain an organized and efficient production area

Job Qualifications:

* Preferably with experience in handling production personnel and daily production activities

* Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage

* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

* Willing to stay-in at Gen. Trias, Cavite

* Willing to start ASAP

* Able to work in a production environment

* Good attitude and teamwork-oriented
