Store Merchandizer - Citi Hardware Pili
About the role
Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Store Merchandizer to join the team at Citi Hardware Pili in Pili, Camarines Sur. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in creating an appealing and organised retail environment. As a Store Merchandizer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed attractively, strategically positioned to maximise sales, and readily accessible to customers. Your work will directly impact the customer experience and contribute to the store's overall performance and revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities
Arrange and display products on shelves, shelving units, and promotional displays to attract customer attention and encourage purchases
Ensure accurate pricing, labelling, and promotional signage on all merchandise throughout the store
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to maintain adequate product availability on display
Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns as directed by management
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all display areas, shelving, and fixtures
Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and minimise waste, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
Conduct regular store walks to identify merchandise gaps, damaged products, or pricing inconsistencies
Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives and promotional events
Report on merchandising effectiveness and provide feedback to enhance customer engagement and sales performance
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Store Merchandizer, visual merchandiser, or similar retail role within the retail and consumer products sector
Strong eye for visual design and understanding of retail merchandising principles and best practices
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of retail inventory systems and stock management practices
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store management and team members
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and promotional schedules
Previous experience in the hardware or home improvement retail sector is preferred

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
