HR Assistant
Responsibilities
Process, monitor, and update government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR (TIN), and other statutory requirements.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, resumes creening, interview scheduling, applicant coordination, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
Assist employees with enrollment, updates, claims, loans, and other concerns related to government benefits.
Maintain and update employee 201 files and ensure all HR records are accurate, complete, and confidential.
Coordinate with government agencies regarding employee registrations, remittances, and compliance requirements, as needed.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
With at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and employee benefits administration
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
