Inventory Control Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to join our team at TL Sales and Management Services Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a full-time role responsible for ensuring the efficient management and control of the company's inventory. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, tracking stock levels, deliveries and usage

  2. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies

  3. Liaise with purchasing and production teams to forecast inventory needs and place orders accordingly

  4. Organise and maintain the warehouse and storage facilities to optimise space and accessibility

  5. Assist with receiving, storing and distributing inventory items as needed

  6. Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and systems

  7. Support the implementation of inventory control policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 0 - 1 year of experience in an inventory control or stock management role, preferably in a manufacturing, transport or logistics environment

  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

  3. Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant IT systems

  4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  6. Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
