BILLING OFFICER - WE HOPE VALENZUELA CHEMOTHERAPY CENTER

About the role

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Billing Officer to join our We Hope Valenzuela Chemotherapy Center team in a full-time position. Based in Valenzuela City, this role is crucial to ensuring the smooth financial operations of our center. As Billing Staff, you will be responsible for managing patient billing, processing claims, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position is essential to our mission of providing compassionate care while maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Proves patient billing, payments, and issuance of official receipts

• Ensure accuracy of charges in coordination with clinical and administrative staff

• Handle insurance documentation, claims, and approvals when applicable

• Maintain accurate financial and transaction records

• Provide clear explanations of billing matters to patients and families

• Maintain confidentiality of patient financial information

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related business field

• With or without experience in billing or processing (healthcare/Philhealth is an advantage), or with other government agencies

• Detail-oriented, organized, and good with Excel

• Knowledgeable in billing procedures and documentation

• Must be currently residing in Valenzuela City
