Job Descriptions:

  • Managing the delivery requests process from receipt to delivery, ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Arranges Certificate of Analysis (COA) and regulatory documents or certifications to be submitted to clients.

  • Prepares quotation and sample letters to concerned clients.

  • Monitor License & Certificates if due for renewal

  • Handles complaints and rejection report from clients.

  • Handles updating and recording of Client’s index Cards.

  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
