Overview:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable business insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with stakeholders across multiple geographies to deliver business intelligence reporting, drive process improvements, maintain data governance standards, and support performance management initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage data to identify trends, optimize processes, and influence business outcomes.

What You Will Do:
Mine and analyze data across multiple databases to support process optimization and operational improvements
Develop and maintain timely, accurate, and actionable reports that identify trends, opportunities, and business performance indicators
Support daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reviews using operational metrics and reporting tools
Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data collection strategies, and innovative analytical solutions
Maintain data quality, governance standards, incident management processes, and business intelligence reporting activities
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 5+ years of operations, reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence experience
Experience with stakeholder management, KPI reporting, process improvement, and data governance
Working knowledge of SAP, Siebel, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams
