Account Officer

Job Description:

Performance & KGO Accountability

  • Meet minimum weekly activity targets for client calls, field visits, prospecting, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain an active and updated sales pipeline with accurate status monitoring.

  • Achieve required conversion ratios from lead generation to approved and released accounts.

  • Consistently contribute to branch growth through new client acquisition and portfolio expansion.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns within the required turnaround time.

  • Provide professional after-sales support and regular account follow-ups.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit complete and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Ensure all client information, loan documents, and CRM/system entries are accurate and updated.

  • Maintain detailed notes and status updates for all handled accounts.

  • Field Work & Prospecting Expectations

  • Conduct regular fieldwork, area mapping, and business visits to identify potential borrowers.

  • Participate in company-led prospecting activities, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Establish partnerships and referral networks within assigned territories.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all accounts comply with company policies, credit standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Verify authenticity and completeness of submitted documents before endorsement.

  • Protect confidential client and company information at all times.

  • Professionalism & Team Collaboration

  • Attend all required meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.

  • Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams to support smooth account processing.

  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and ethical sales practices in all transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related course.

  • With at least 3 or more years of experience in sales in a financing, bank, or lending company.

  • Knowledgeable in loan products and basic documentation requirements.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.

  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
