Job Summary
Coordinate with the HMO provider to administer and facilitate healthcare benefits for NTPI employees, including enrollment, updates, and claims coordination.
Plan, organize, and coordinate health and wellness programs and activities that promote employee well-being and a healthy workplace.
Provide first aid and basic medical assistance for employees with minor illnesses or injuries, and refer cases requiring further medical attention to appropriate healthcare providers when necessary
